Salt Lake City - Salt Lake City Police Department Auto-Theft Detectives located the stolen white Ford Taurus that had been taken by Victor Hall last Saturday in the parking lot of the Skyline Inn. The detectives recognized that it was the same vehicle Unified Police Department Detectives had been looking for with regard to the serial robbery suspect wanted in connection to nearly a dozen armed robberies.

SLCPD Detectives contacted UPD Violent Crimes Detectives and held surveillance on the stolen vehicle. After a short time, Victor Hall was spotted walking away from the motel and arrested without incident. He had a realistic looking BB gun pistol on his person when he was taken into custody.

UPD Detectives interviewed Hall before taking him to jail. He admitted to eleven (11) armed robberies in Salt Lake County and one armed robbery in Lehi last week. Victor Ray Hall was booked into jail on multiple armed robbery charges, active arrest warrants and a federal hold for probation violation.

UPD would like to thank SLCPD for their outstanding work in locating the stolen Taurus and ultimately arresting this armed and dangerous fugitive.
