Serial Armed Robbery Suspect Identified & Wanted

WHO: Suspect: Victor Ray Hall, 44 year-old Caucasian male, tattoo on the back of his neck. 6’2” tall, 190 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes. Wears a black baseball hat and a hooded jacket and jeans in most robberies. Armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun.

WHERE: Salt Lake County, Utah

WHEN: From mid-March to the present.

Salt Lake County - Unified Police Department (UPD) has identified Victor Ray Hall as the suspect in nearly a dozen armed robberies throughout the Salt Lake valley during the last two months. Additionally, Victor Hall is suspected of stealing multiple cars during that time and is currently thought to be driving a 2006 Ford Taurus, white in color, Utah license plate number X028XF. He stole this car from a convenience store last Saturday.

Hall has displayed a handgun during several of his robberies and has used a note in others. Victor Hall has an active felony theft warrant for his arrest in addition to being wanted for all of the armed robberies. The Unified Police Department considers Victor Hall to be armed and dangerous.

UPD detectives have exhausted all leads and are now asking for the public’s help. The Unified Police Department is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Victor Ray Hall.
